CrossFit-Lite

Somewhere between a Treadmill and CrossFit is CrossFit-Lite. This fitness program is a lighter version of our CrossFit program. *We don’t use barbells in this class.* The movements are all functional, with most being body weight or conditioning based. We also incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls. This program is great for all fitness levels, including seniors, teens and beginners.
