Each segment of every workout can be scaled (we’ll show you, every time) to meet the needs of each member of our community - so, new or experienced, young or seasoned, conditioned or unconditioned - we’re here to give you the tools you need to build the body of your future, one day, one WOD, at a time.
Not sure if you're ready for CrossFit, but want to improve your fitness level and be part of a great community? Check out our CrossFit-Lite program. It is built on some of the same great concepts as CrossFit, with a lighter feel. *There are no Barbells used in this program*
Our top priority is safety, followed closely by fun! Similar to our CrossFit programming, each movement is scalable. Our guiding principle in CrossFit Kids is to keep our Kids interested in fitness. We know our time will be limited, and we know that what we help them feel and accomplish during our time together will shape how they view fitness for a lifetime.
Develop your skills in our 1-on-1 or small group sessions. These are completely customized to you and your specific goal(s). Most often, we schedule these in 30-min increments and can accompany a regular CrossFit schedule for the same day, or an off day.
Olympic Weightlifting Training
